摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain a flexible tube which enables dispensation by forming of a multi layered sheet material comprising a heat-sealable layer, a first adhesive layer, a barrier layer, a second adhesive layer and a polyethylene layer which are stuck in this sequence. CONSTITUTION: A multi layered sheet material 10 comprises, from a surface, a first layer 12 of LDPE, a second layer 14 of LDPE with coloring pigment blended, a third layer 16 of paper, and a fourth layer 18 of LDPE. The layer 18 effectively serves as adhesive for an OPP layer 22 by using a PET primer layer 20. The layer 22 also sticks effectively to a subsequent EAA copolymer adhesive layer 26 by using a PET primer layer 24. An adhesive layer 26 is stuck to a subsequent metallic foil layer 28, preferably an aluminum foil. A layer 30 comprises EAA, which effectively sticks an LLDPE layer 32 to the foil 28. The layers 12, 13 together serve as a heat seal layer and form a joint on a tube side wall. Similarly, the layers 30, 32 together form a heat seal. The layer 30 also serves as a barrier between the foil 28 and a product 37 and prevents chemical attack by the product to the foil.</p>
