The appts. combines at least three R.F. signals having different predetermined frequencies to provide a composite output signal. It includes a respective input transmission line, each having a predetermined characteristic impedance, for each signal, these lines being disposed in the same plane, and an output transmission line having a predetermined characteristic impedance. A terminating member is connected to each input line and to the output line for combining the signals, each input line being radially connected to the terminating member and the output line being disposed perpendicular to the plane of the input lines.
