Device for deodorising or disinfecting the bowl, characterised in that it comprises a product container 5 which is fitted to the descending flushing pipes 7. The product container has an upper orifice 8 provided with a deflection member 2 which collects part of the water from the descending pipe and returns it to this pipe via the lower orifice 8. This same water, when passing in the product container, laps against the desired product and flows out into the WC bowl. The desired product used to deodorise or disinfect is preferably a solid substance. <IMAGE>
