PURPOSE:To prevent a striped tape from coming off, by a method wherein after the striped tape has been stuck to the surface of an extrusion molded body, both of them are made into a lace member in predetermined lengths by cutting off them and molded unitarily with the said lace member arranging at least at end part of the said lace member within a molding tool. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion molding 1' in a long-sized state is formed by extruding a soft vinyl chloride resin material by an extruding molded layer. At the time when the extrusion molding 1' is cooled, mold release paper is peeled off by a pressurizing roller 4, a striped tape 3 covered with protective paper 31 is stuck to the extrusion molding 1' and then the protective paper 31 is peeled off. In succession to the above, a lace member 1 is formed by cutting off the extrusion molding 1' and striped tape 3 at a time in predetermined length with cutter 5. Then the lace member 1 is arranged within a tool and a terminal part 2 is formed of a soft vinyl chloride resin material by injection molding. With this construction, the lace member 1 and terminal part 2 are joined unitarily by welding them. As an end part of the striped tape 3 is covered with the terminal part 2 and not exposed outside in an obtained side lace, peeling-off can be prevented effectively. |
