<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a building board having recessed and projected pattern inexpensively with good production efficiency, by a method wherein a surface member, conveyed by a conveyer, is pressed by a roll, provided with recesses and projections on the outer peripheral surface thereof, to provide it with the recessed and projected pattern, then, the material of foam is supplied on the surface member to form a foamed body layer. CONSTITUTION:A surface member 2 such as a vinyl chloride resin sheet, an aluminum sheet or the like, which is reeled by a reeling roll 11, is unwound between the guides 9 of a conveyer 1 to convey it. The surface member 2 is pressed by a roll 4, which provides the member 2 with recesses and projections, to form recessed and projected pattern 5. Next, the material 6 of form such as phenol resin containing a foaming agent is supplied from a supplying nozzle 13 to the surface member 2 to foam it by the heat of a caterpillar 8 whereby a foamed body layer 7 is formed on the rear side of the surface member 2. At the same time, a backup sheet 16 is pressed against the foamed body layer 7 for bonding. Accordingly to this method, the recessed and projected pattern may be provided continuously and the productivity of the title board may be increased.</p> |
