<p>PURPOSE:To display stable images during a search by operating at a high speed and a normal speed alternately during the search, storing image data reproduced while running the tape at the normal speed, and substituting it for image data reproduced while operating at the high speed to display. CONSTITUTION:During the time when a first memory drive pulse is inputted to a first memory 15a is in an H-level, data is written in the memory 15a, and video signals that includes almost no noise bars are stored along one field but while the said pulse is in an L-level, video signals are read out through a memory change-over switch 17. The switch 17 is switched to either of the memories 15a and 15b that starts to be read. The normal speed operation and the high-speed operation is repeated in such a way as the above, so that video signals including almost no noises at the time of normal speed operation in order to output them at the time of high-speed operation. As a result, stable images can be obtained during a search without noise bars or skewing.</p> |
