PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily obtain even a large sized deep-drawn container and to realize the formings by simultaneously using a large number of molds different in dimensions and shape by a method wherein pressure fluid and a molding equipment which uses a mold having through holes are used. CONSTITUTION:The main constitutional elements of a molding equipment are a mold 1, a keep plate 3 and a movable control plate 5. In order to more effectively prevent pressurizing fluid for forming from leaking, a projected part 7 is provided at a position corresponding to the opening peripheral edge of a formed container. In the keep plate 3, a feed port 13 of pressurizing fluid for forming, which is fed from an influx port 9 through a flow path 11, is provided. A through hole 15, the cross-sectional shape of which corresponds to the opening part of a formed item and which is provided in the mold 1, and the movable control plate 5, which can vertically move in said through hole 15, are combined with each other. In the comparatively earlier stage of forming, the most swollen out central part of stock contacts with the movable control plate 5, which is arranged at the upper part of the through hole 15 of the mold 1 and fixed temporarily. Next, the contact area between said part of stock and the plate 5 gradually increases. |
