PURPOSE:To eliminate the instability of magnetic performance of a resin magnet in a manufacturing stage while its chemical-resistant properties and suppression of irreversible demagnetization are maintained by a method wherein the resin magnet is made of magnetic material, epoxy oligomer and hydrazid expressed by a general formula. CONSTITUTION:A resin magnet is made of magnetic material such as rare-earth magnetic powder, epoxy oligomer, hydrazid expressed by a general formula and additives added if necessary. Rare-earth magnetic powder is preferred as the magnetic material. Condensate of bisphenol family and epichlorohydrin, represented by DGEBA, is employed as the epoxy oligomer. The hydrazid expressed by the general formula can be easily obtained by making, for instance, m-, p-or o-hydroxybenzoic acid alkylester, to which equimolar acrylic acid alkylester is added, react with hydrazine hydrate. |
