PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning and fixing of a part in the interior of a molded item by a method wherein an inner side molding pin, which protrudes in a mold main body in such a manner that its tip is located near the predetermined position on the inner side of the mold main body, is provided on a mold cap. CONSTITUTION:An inner side molding pin 10 consists of a protruding part 11, which extends in a mold main body 1, and a molding part 12, which is fixed to the tip of the part 11. When molding material 5 is charged from a feed opening 1a in the mold main body 1 and, a rotating driving shaft 3 is rotated under the state that a mold cap 2 is fitted to the feed opening 1a, then the molding material 5 is spread in film over the inner surface of the mold main body 1 due to the centrifugal force developed by the rotation of the mold main body 1. In that case, since the molding part 12 of the inner side molding pin 10 is located near the inner surface of the mold main body 1, the molding material 5 swells round the molding part 12. As a result, a molded item 7 having the outer shape same as the inner shape of the mold main body 1 can be formed and at the same time a part building-in part 7a is formed at the predetermined position in the molded item 7. Accordingly, the alignment and fixing of the part become simple. |
