The assembly has a one-piece side panel which overlaps the top edge of the plinth and is connected to the plinth by a series of brackets. Each bracket is in three sections, made from bent metal strips and is adjustable. The first section (28), in an inverted L-shapes, has a long side which fits over the top and back of the plinth. The other two sections, attached to the first by a bolt and wing-nut in a slot, have a vertical portion (24) which provides a support for the back of the side panel, and a lower L-shaped portion (15, 16) on which the bottom edge of the side panel rests. The second and third sections of the bracket are joined together by a spring-loaded bolt (36) with a winged head (37) which can be adjusted by a hand inserted under the side panel. USE/ADVANTAGE - A bath enclosing panel with a recessed plinth. Ease of fitting, adjustment and removal.
