<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R<1> is H or protecting group; R<2> is (substituted)aryl; R<3> is quaternary alkylammonium]. EXAMPLE:(6R,7R)-7-[(Z)-2-( 2-Aminothiazol-4-yl )-2-phenoxyiminoacetamido]-3-(1- azabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-1-io)methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate. USE:An antimicrobial agent against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. PREPARATION:A cephalosporin compound expressed by formula II (R<4> is H or protecting group; Q is acyloxy, carbamoyloxy or halogen; p is 0 or 1) is reacted with a compound (salt) expressed by the formula R<3>' (R<3>' is base corresponding to quaternary alkylammonium group R<3>) and, as necessary, followed by deprotecting, salt-forming, esterification and/or reductive reaction.</p> |
