PURPOSE:To apply an antistatic agent to the inside of a film, by a method wherein gas is circulated within a tube extruded through an inflation die, and a treatment agent treating the inside of the film is carried by the gas. CONSTITUTION:Gas is blown through an outside pipe 5 into a tube 2, which has been extruded through a die 1, and discharged through an inside pipe 6. Consequently, the gas is circulated within the tube 2 as shown by arrows (b).... Although generally air is used for the gas, the other gas such as nitrogen an be used also. Then a treatment agent supplied within the tube 2 is stuck to the inside of the tube 2, and the treatment is performed. In this instance, as the tube 2 is electrified with static electricity to be generated at the time of extrusion of the same through the die 1 and the treatment agent carried by the gas is attracted to the inside of the tube 2 by the static electricity, the treatment agent is naturally applied to the inside of the tube. |
