A fungicidal composition comprises as an active ingredient a fungicidally effective amount of the compound represented by the general formaula <CHEM> wherein X, which may be the same or different, represents a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R<1> and R<2>, which may be the same or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and n represnets zero or an integer of from 1 to 5, and an inert carrier.
