Sampling device for use with an open-neck container capable of containing a fluid material which comprises a hollow support piece which can be inserted into the container via its actual neck. The support piece comprises: a principal body with a diameter which is smaller than the neck of the container; a first end portion which extends from the principal body and which opens to the ambient atmosphere via the neck of the container. In one embodiment, elongate ribbed pieces extend from the principal body and define a second end portion. The ribbed pieces form a generally rigid support structure. On said ribbed pieces there is a dialysis tube which is closed at one of its ends in order to define a dialysis bag which is open at its other end, the inside of which is directly accessible via the first end portion of the support structure.
