PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body capable of improving electrophotographic characteristics and using it with a positive charge by incorporating >=2 kinds of resins which are not dissolved with each other and occur a phase separation as a binding agent usable to an electric charge generating layer. CONSTITUTION:The electric charge transfer layer 2 contg. an electric charger transfer substance is formed on a conductive substrate body 1. The electric charge generating layer 3 obtd. by mixing the resin binders which does not dissolve with each other and occur the phase separation, and an electric charge generating substance is formed on the electric transfer layer 2. Thus, the titled body which is composed of an org. material having excellent repeating properties, etc., and capable of using by a positive charge system is obtd. by merely absorbing rayo of exposing light in the region of the surface of the electric charge generating layer 3, thereby generating electric charge. |
