LED CHANNEL AND METHOD THEREOF

A method for manufacturing an LED(Light Emitting Diode) surface irradiation channel is provided to facilitate the installation of the LED surface irradiation channel by fixing an LED module using a fixing jig on a mother frame. A mother material(1) is cut by using a cutter(2), such that a desired character or a picture and a frame(13) are formed. The mother material is mounted on a horizontal table(6). A resin film(5) is spread on the mother material and the resin film is heated. The heated resin film is dropped under a predetermined pressure, such that the desired character or picture is formed on the frame. An LED module(10) is inserted into a character or picture mold. An optical diffusion epoxy(11) is inserted into the mold, to which the LED module is inserted. The optical diffusion epoxy is cured. An LED surface irradiation channel is separated from the mother material. The LED module is fixed by fixing a lead line(9) of the LED using a fixing jig(7).
