CONSTITUTION:Cooling chambers D1-D4 with conveyers E1-E4 installed for materials to be kept cool such as farm products, etc., are surrounded with an ice room I and the ice room I is packed with ice blocks 24. Cold water of melted ice in the ice room I is packed into a water chamber J enclosing the ice chamber I from the bottom and the materials to be kept cool are maintained cool while overflowing the cold water from the top opening of the ice room J along the outer face of the enclosing wall.
