Gas fired low pressure boiler - has condensate drainage system with funnel shaped, and U-shaped cross=section sealed section

The condensed water discharge for a low pressure gas fired boiler, includes a funnel shaped section, connected to U-shaped cross section condensate tank. Pipe work from a condensate tank, leads to a water trap and a syphon discharge to the main sewer. The funnel shaped pipe section (2) ends in a cylindrical part (3). The pipe section (4) includes a deep down Aluminium condensate tank (5) of which the bottom rim (10) is sealed with heat resistant silicon paste. The transparent outer pipe (17) enables water flow observation of the water trap (14) with an inner pipe (15) and inlet pipe (13). Discharge (18) leads to main sewer.
