The invention involves condensate rim formation above gas-water contact at the first stage at the bulk-type gas condensate field, with condensate saturation of productive collector pore space due to segregation process. A system of horizontal and/or vertical production and injection wells is drilled in the condensate rim, and in the pool of existing production wells horizontal and/or declined sidetracks are spudded to create production and injection wells. At that, water is pumped into injection wells in the productive collector soaking mode.
