PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal drop in temperature of a reformer or an accidental fire of offgas caused by changing a setting value of fuel cell output current to large value by installing a current setting device in which a clock start signal is outputted when a current setting signal is increased. CONSTITUTION:A current setting device 19 in which a clock start signal 19b and a current setting signal 19a are outputted. When power generating equipment is started or a setting value of the output current of a fuel cell 1 is changed, the current setting device 19 changes the value of the current setting signal 19a to increase the output current of the fuel cell 1. At that time, even if abnormal temperature drop arises in a reformer 4 and the operation of the reformer 4 becomes unstable, the temperature drop in the reformer is forced to suppress or recovered by a correction signal 23a. Thereby, the performance of the reformer is stabilized. As a result, abnormal temperature drop of the reformer 4 or an accidental fire of offgas is prevented. |
