FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cut and fry potatoes, onions, carrots in melted butter and reduce them upon a chopper; freeze, preferably slowly, leek and parsley greens to be then reduced upon a chopper. Snails meat should be reduced upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with milk, bone broth, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass, pyrolysis wood, basil and Jamaica pepper. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized. This enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. ^ 41 cl |
