摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an interval control mechanism which is easily adjusted by measuring the temperatures of a cylinder, a support base, and liquid and correcting the needle position of a capacity control tube with the measurement data. CONSTITUTION:Liquid 4 is supplied from a liquid supply port 11 until a body 1 is at specific distance from a pedestal 5, and the liquid supply port 11 is closed. Then, the position of a needle 9 is changed by a needle driving part 10 to make a fine adjustment, and the needle 9 and needle driving part 10 are fixed and an interval detecting circuit 20 and a correcting circuit 21 are initialized. Then if there is temperature variation thereafter, a correcting circuit 21 calculates a correcting quantity based on the coefficient of heat expansion of the liquid 4 and the shape of the cylinder 3 by comparing input temperature signals of respective parts with initial values and sends a correcting signal to a needle driving circuit 22. The interval detecting circuit 20 compares a newly obtained input from an interval measuring instrument 12 with an initial value and sends a correcting signal to the needle driving circuit 22 when there is a difference generated. Namely, whether or not a correction for temperature variation is properly made is checked and a correction for that is further made when necessary.
