<p>PURPOSE:To enable a dim-dip lamp system to effectively function even in a vehicle having a retractable head lamp, by placing a head lamp retractor in the upper direction and supplying electric power to a low beam light source through a resistor when an ignition switch and a small lamp switch are turned on. CONSTITUTION:If a small lamp switch 10 is turned on with an ignition switch 15 in an on-state or if the ignition switch 15 is turned on with the small lamp switch 10 in an on-state, a control relay 16 is actuated. And a dim-dip retractor relay 12, dim-dip relay 13 and a dimmer relay 8 are actuated. Further a retractor motor 6 is driven placing a head lamp retractor in the upper direction, and power, which is supplied to a low beam filament 4a of a head lamp 4 through a dim-dip resistor 14, turns on the head lamp 4 reducing a beam of light by a predetermined amount smaller than the normal low beam.</p> |
