A hydraulic system for commercial vehicles, especially road vehicles such as snow clearing and gritting vehicles comprises at least one adjustable hydrostatic pump (1) for supplying a consumer. The hydraulic system comprises a feed flow regulator (25), which controls the flow as a function of a pressure differential signal which is taken off from a metering orifice in the pressure line to the consumer. In order to create a hydrostatic system by means of which a plurality of consumers can be supplied in an especially advantageous manner, it is proposed that an adjustable hydrostatic pump (1) be provided for the supply of at least two consumers (A, B, C) functioning at different delivery rates and different operating pressures, that an orifice (13) with cross-section variable as a function of the delivery rate be arranged in each feed line (7a, 7b, 7c) leading from the hydrostatic pump (1) to a consumer (A, B, C) and that a pressure governor (11) be arranged in the consumer with the lower load pressure, control pressure lines (23) emerging downstream of the respective orifices (13) leading to the feed flow regulator (25). <IMAGE>
