In the case of a butt connection or through-connection for heat-insulated pipelines, a smooth pipe is inserted into the corrugated end of the inner pipe, and the end of the inner pipe is soldered or welded to the smooth pipe. Onto the smooth pipe there is soldered or welded, at an axial spacing from the end of the inner pipe, an annular disc on whose outer circumference there are welded a plurality of struts on whose free ends there is welded a helical spring which is screwed into the corrugated end of the outer pipe.
