PURPOSE:To prevent an excessive change of speed in accordance with a change of load, by responsively operating a load corrector on and off to a load switch and arranging a correcting amount of the load corrector variable in accordance with time change of a load amount of the load objective to the correcting amount. CONSTITUTION:The captioned controller comprises an integrator 40 which integrates a speed deviation (c) between an actual speed (a), from a speed sensor 30, and target speed (b). Then its output (g) is added with a load correcting amount (h) to obtain a target control position (e) from their addition result, in accordance with a position deviation (f) between this target control position (e) and actual control position (d) of a throttle valve 11 by a position sensor 50, the throttle valve 11 is controlled through a driving unit 60 and actuator 20. In this case, a load corrector 90, outputting a load correcting amount (h), is applied with constitution such that in accordance with a detection result of a load switch 70, the load correcting amount (h) changes as time elapses in alignment to a time change of the load amount. In this way, an excessive change of the speed in accordance with a change of the load can be prevented. |
