The invention relates to medicine, namely, to an orthesis for upper extremity. The orthesis comprises individual case made as two separate components for the shoulder and forearm, connected to each other by caliper splints of the shoulder and forearm. On shoulder's splint the threaded openings are made where screwas are installed, on forearm's splint two projections are made. On shoulder's splint the shoulder's joint is installed, with a case made as a ball with a flange for fixing to the plate. The case contains a slot and opening, into which the vertical axis is installed with longitudinal slot, where a lever is installed with bullet head and transverse axis, fixed on the vertical axis. The conical cup, thrust bearing and female screws with handles are placed on the lever in series. Individual retention plastic plates with softening internal layer and restorative salts are placed on body sides. The plates are fixed on the body by ring belt with fasteners. |
