摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a compact and low-cost control system, by a method wherein one split beam radiated by a light source for a semiconductor laser is used as a measured value for a means to control the output and the other split beam is received by the second light-receiving means to detect the quantity of light related to the wave-length by means of the first and second slits so that a heating and cooling means can be controlled on the basis of this output. CONSTITUTION:A radiated beam L2 converged by means of a lens 2 is split into the first split beam L21 and the second split beam L22 by means of a beam splitter 3. After a beam L24 passed through a slit 141 has been converged by means of a lens 15, it is received by the second light-receiver 16 and is then converted into an electric signal PV2. A temperature controller 16 sends a signal for an operating output MV2 to a heating and cooling device 103 for a light source 1 of the semiconductor laser in such a way that any deviation for the operating output MV2 is controlled and computed so that the conversion output PV2 of the second light-receiver 15 can correspond to a preset wave- length value SV2. Through this constitution, it is possible to control the wave- length in accordance with the setting of the preset value SV2.
