PURPOSE:To keep a stabilizer in a constant position all the time with an overlap action irrespective of tire rotation as well as to improve a design effect of letters or the like displayed on the stabilizer, by attaching this stabilizer, provided with an overlap in a one-side part, to a wheel cover via a rotary bearing. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer 2 provided with an overlap 1 in one side of the specified part is attached to the shaft 5 installed in a base 4 via the rotary bearing 3 installed in a central part of the stabilizer 2, while an outer frame 6 fitted with a transparent cover 7 is connected to this base 4, thereby constituting a wheel cover. When a tire 9 is rotated by this wheel cover, the stabilizer 2 is always slidden at a part of the rotary bearing 3, while the center of gravity of the stabilizer 2 is situated at the lower side all the time owing to action of the overlap 1, keeping its constant attitude. Therefore, letters and so as on displayed on the stabilizer 2 are always keepable to the specified upright attitude, thus a design effect is improvable. |
