<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the turbulence of air at the time of ordinary traveling by raising or collapsing a flap which can be raised and collapsed and which is projectingly formed from a molding body to a roof panel side, by the expansion or contraction of a water absorbing expansion material provided in between said flap and said roof panel. CONSTITUTION:A drip molding 3 has a flap 12 which can be raised and collapsed and which is projected from a receiving and supporting part 3e fixed to the top edge part of a molding body 3a to a roof panel 2 side via a constricted part 11, forming a groove 13 toward the roof panel 2. In this case, plural ribs 14 are projectingly provided on the roof panel 2 side of the flap 12, forming a passage 15 toward the roof panel 2. And, a water absorbing expansion material 16 is provided in between the base end part of the passage 15 in the width direction of the flap 12 and the roof panel 2. And, when it rains, rain water 18 enters through the passage 15 and reaches the water absorbing expansion material 16, and, as the material 16 is expanded absorbing the rain water, the flap 12 is raised up enabling the rain water 18 to be collected into the groove 13.</p> |
