The injection packer for pressing in fluid substances, in particular plastics, through a bore (42) made in a damaged concrete body has a shaft, in which there is configured a continuous longitudinal channel (22) which connects an outer inlet region (24) to an outlet region (26), and also has a nipple (28), arranged in the inlet region (24), and an outlet valve (30) arranged in the outlet region (26). The shaft (20) has an annular compliant expansion region (38) which expands radially outwards in the event of a superatmospheric pressure prevailing in the longitudinal channel (22). The outlet valve (30) only opens on achieving, in the inner channel, a pressure which causes the expansion region (38) to expand radially, as a result of which radial expansion securing of the injection packer in the bore (42) is effected (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
