PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of a nonionic surface active agent to be added by blending both the nonionic surface active agent and 0.3-5wt% basic amino acid and making a substance to be solubilized soluble. CONSTITUTION:A substance to be solubilized is made soluble in water by blending both 0.05-3wt% nonionic surface active agent and 0.3-5wt% basic amino acid (i.e. L-arginine or the like) and if necessary, adding an antiseptic agent and dyestuff or the like. The obtained solubilized component is transparent and stable. Further it is excellent solubilized composition capable of reducing the amount of the nonionic surface active agent to be blended, which is strong in endermic absorptivity and hemolysis. |
