PURPOSE:To attain data transmission using a MODEM or the like by supervising a pattern of a data frame synchronizing bit so as to detect the data multi-frame having a frame number in response to the communication speed of data transmission. CONSTITUTION:A data multi-frame 6 in the unit of 20-frame is detected by supervising always the repetitive pattern of a data frame synchronizing bit 5. Since 8000 frames 3 are sent per sec, 400 data multi-frames are sent per sec. Thus, in extracting 1-bit per data multi-frame 6 in a 400bps MODEM, 3-bit in a 1200bps MODEM, 12-bit in a 4800bps MODEM and 24-bit in a 9600bps MODEM, the data transmission at each communication speed is attained. Thus, the data transmission using a MODEM is attained together with the transmission of voice information by a conventional 12/24 frame synchronization. |
