摘要

FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: plasma-arc steel melting furnace of direct current consists of ceramic crucible with metal bath, vertical plasmatron installed in furnace roof and hearth electrode installed coaxially to vertical plasmatron. Vertical plasmatron is installed in furnace roof by means of hinge, and furnace is equipped with drive of reciprocal motion of plasmatron with possibility of its movement at an angle of 20-30° to vertical axis of crucible.EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of furnace, reduces time of steel melting and power consumption.1 cl, 3 dwg
