PURPOSE:To efficiently and surely take out a fine wire by spinning method in rotating solution by fitting the end part of fine wire to a reel at the time of rotating the reel at the same angular velocity as a rotating drum and then winding the fine wire on the reel as changing number of rotation of the reel. CONSTITUTION:The reel 16 is arranged in the rotating drum 10, so as to become the same axial center as the drum 10 and is rotated toward the same direction and at the same angular velocity as the drum 10 during initial condition. At the time of this condition, the end part of fine wire 15 is fitted on the reel 16 through a suitable means. At the time of rotating the reel 16 and the drum 10 toward the same direction and at the same angular velosity, the fine wire 15 is not wound on the reel 16. After that, by changing the number of rotation for the reel 16, the fine wire 15 is wound on the reel 16 by quantity calcurated by the angular velocities and diameters for the reel 16 and drum 10. |
