The present invention relates to a filter lid comprising: a middle wall having a discharge hole on the center thereof; one or more lid caps and filter caps provided in a vertical direction of the middle wall; container coupling means provided in each of the lid caps and filter caps; a filter installed on the discharge hole; a ventilation tube mounted on the filter; a rubber packing provided in the middle wall; and a guide provided in an outer circumferential portion of the discharge hole. When a fermented liquor is extracted, if opening a lid of a fermenting container containing the fermented liquor and separating the same and then connecting the lid caps of the filter lid of the present to screws formed on an opening of the fermenting container so as to place the filter lid on the opening of the fermenting container and then connecting the screws formed on the opening of the fermenting container a fermented liquor will be contained to the filter cap provided in an upper side of the lid cap of the filter lid so as to place an empty fermented liquor storage container on an upper part of the filter lid, and then setting the fermenting container and the fermented liquor storage container, which are integrally connected by the filter lid, upside down, the fermented liquor contained in the fermenting container is filtered by the filter of the filter lid, and thereby a residue of a fermented ingredient is left within the fermenting container and only the unadulteratedly filtered fermented liquor is brought into the fermented liquor storage container, so the fermented liquor can be filtered very easily and simply. |
