<p>The vaccine is produced by adding to an antigen solution an oil, a sorbitan oleate, a compound of the formula I <IMAGE> with a molecular weight of 4000 to 5500, where a and c are statistically equal, and b is a number such that the ratio of the oxyethylene content to the oxypropylene content is 7:3 to 9:1 by weight, where appropriate a polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, where appropriate glycerol and where appropriate a mineral adjuvant, saponin and/or a plant extract known to be adjuvant.</p> |
