PURPOSE:To smooth rotation of a rotor and to decrease vibration and noise during the rotation, by a method wherein voltage applied to a reluctance motor is controlled, and generated power is varied in sinusoidal form. CONSTITUTION:Mechanical constitution of a reluctance motor is in conventional manner. Regarding first phase, power is generated which becomes 2/3<1/2> sin thetaat <=theta<120 deg., and becomes 2/3<1/2> sin(theta-60 deg.) at 120 deg.<=theta<240 deg. (where theta is rotational angle position of a rotor 3 when angle from position where salient pole of a stator 1, 2 and salient pole of the rotor 3 are just opposed to position where neighboring poles are just opposed after rotation is made 360 deg.). Regarding second phase, power shifted in phase by 120 deg. from the first phase is generated, and regarding third phase, power shifted in phase by 240 deg. from the first phase is generated. In this constitution, since the power supplied from the stator 1, 2 to the rotor 3 becomes constant irrespective of the position of the rotor 3, rotation of the rotor 3 is smoothed, and vibration and noise during the rotation can be decreased. |
