<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive detector with a simple construction, by transmitting vibration of an object to a float floating on a liquid therethrough to detect the vibration of the float with a reflection type photosensor. CONSTITUTION:An vibrating object or a matter (not illustrated) fixed thereon gets in contact with a liquid 1 in such a manner that vibration of the object is converted into a wave in the liquid 1. Then, the wave is transmitted to a float 2 floating in the liquid 1. The top of the float 2 is flat and light from a reflection type photosensor 3 is made to irradiate the flat surface. The reflected light thereof is detected with the sensor 3. The light received with the sensor 3 varies with the vibration cycle of the float 2 thereby producing an electrical signal corresponding to the vibration of the object (not illustrated).</p> |
