The binding for a winter sports device consists of a plate (32) which is attached to the shoe of the person performing the winter sports, and of locking elements (40) which engage in recesses (34) in the plate (32). The locking elements (40) are, for example, fixed to the top of a ski or to the base plate of a winter sports device, on which skids are arranged via a pivoting mechanism. The locking elements have preferably reinforced heads under which engage the heads of pins (54) spring-loaded (58) against the locking elements (40). When a triggering force occurs, the pins are pushed back and thereby free the locking elements, so that the plate can be released from the winter sports device. The spring force of the pins (54) can be adjusted. |
