Disclosed is a capacitive humidity sensor to measure moisture of leaves, comprising: a polymer substrate formed with polymer having flexible properties; an electrode formed on an upper side of the polymer substrate to measure moisture of the leaves; polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) formed on an upper side of the electrode, and adhering to the leaves; and a plurality of through holes penetrating into the polymer substrate and the PDMS.
