The present invention relates to a descending device capable of largely improving economic feasibility by reducing construction periods and improving workability by minimizing works performed using human resources, in a descent work of a slab support frame using a suspension steel rod in a top down method. According to the present invention, the descending device comprises: the suspension steel rod having a thread on the outer circumference, wherein a heavy object is combined with a lower end thereof; a base plate having a through hole in order for the suspension steel rod to pass through the center thereof; a pressing fixing unit selectively pressing and fixing the outside of the suspension steel rod by being installed on the upper part of the base plate; a lifting jack installed in the upper part of the pressing fixing unit and comprising a cylinder of the lower part, wherein the suspension steel rod passes through the inside, and a ram ascending and descending to the upper part of the cylinder; and an upper fixing unit installed in the upper part of the ram of the lifting jack and comprising a wedge cone having a wedge hole formed on the inner circumference and a wedge selectively fixing the suspension steel rod by being inserted into the wedge hole. The pressing fixing unit comprises: a pair of pressing plates formed on both sides of the suspension steel rod as a semi-circular fixing groove in which a female thread engaged with the thread of the suspension steel rod is formed on the inner side is individually formed on the center of the suspension steel rod; and a gap control unit pressing and fixing the suspension steel rod by the pair of the pressing plates by controlling the gap between the pressing plates as the gap control unit is connected to the pair of the pressing plates. |
