PURPOSE:To eliminate an unnecessary overlap of the bundle of cords and reduce the thickness, the cost and the forming man-hours of a product sufficiently, by a method wherein two pieces of rectangular triangles are positioned so as to be neighbored with each other at the outside of respective surface of inside rubber layers when the length of the bundle of cords is determined so as to be corresponding just to four pieces of the imaginary rectangular triangles. CONSTITUTION:The shape and the length of the bundle of cords are made so as to be equal to five pieces of imaginary rectangular isosceles triangles, which are arranged continously into the same direction. The two sides of an inside layer 12, whose plan is square, are arranged along the equal sides of the imaginary rectangular isosceles triangle at the center of the reverse side of the bundle 11 of cords forming a inverted truncated form, The bundle 11 of the cords turned to the reverse side along the isosceles parts thereof. In an inside rubber layer 12, the rim parts of both ru-bber sheets 12a, 12b are bonded strongly by vulcanization while a sealed fluid filling space is defined at the arranging position of a mold releas-ing member 11. Both of tthe front and reverse surfaces of the inside rubber layer 12 are covered perfectly by the bundle 11 of the cords and both end parts 11a, 11b are overlapped wholely to constitute a reinforcing cord layer 14. |
