An air supply apparatus used for an air conditioner comprises: an annular outer frame (21), an outer surface of the outer frame (21) being formed as a partial spherical surface, and the outer frame (21) having an accommodating space (24) therein; and a rotor component (22), the rotor component (22) and the outer frame (21) being disposed in the accommodating space (24) in a pivoted manner, and the rotor component (22) having an air suction side and an air outlet side.
