The present invention relates to a device and a method for estimating a radius of curvature of a vehicle, which enable to precisely estimate a radius of curvature with respect to a traveling direction of a vehicle using a steering angle signal and a yaw rate signal regardless of a speed of a vehicle and a road environment. The device for estimating a radius of curvature comprises: a radius of curvature calculating unit calculating each value of a radius of curvature using a yaw rate signal and a steering angle signal of a traveling vehicle; a filtering unit filtering a certain band of signal with respect to each of the values of the radius of curvature calculated from the radius of curvature calculating unit; and a radius of curvature estimation unit estimating a final value of the radius of curvature using each of the values of the radius of curvature filtered from the filtering unit.
