PURPOSE:To eliminate a leak in a reverse direction of a pressure wave and thereby improve ink ejection by providing a valve having a current unifying action in an ink supply channel connected to an ink pressure chamber so that an ink uniflux mechanism of an ink jet head may be constituted. CONSTITUTION:A pressure wave caused by the pressurizing of a pressure chamber 5 begins propagating to a nozzle side 6 and an ink supply channel side 4 and a value part 2 deflects under a pressure of the ink supply side 4, resulting in a closed state. This eliminates almost all the reverse direction leak of the pressure wave, thus enabling satisfactory ink ejection. In the meantime, ink begins to fill the pressure chamber 5 after the pressurization. In this case, the valve part 2 turns to an open state and consequently a fluid loss in a direction from the ink supply channel 4 to the pressure chamber 5 is significantly reduced as compared to that when the pressure is applied. |
