PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart the command sequence in the occurrence of a stop (instantaneous failure) of the supply of power source voltage to the internal circuit due to the temporal stop of the generation of the power source voltage in a wireless tag.SOLUTION: A register or a cache memory of a signal processing circuit included in a wireless tag employs a structure in which data are maintained even after the supply of power source voltage is stopped. This enables the signal processing circuit to restore to the state before the supply of power source voltage is stopped and restart the signal processing after the instantaneous failure, thereby enabling the restart of the command sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
