According to the present invention, an air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises: a housing having an external air inlet to distribute external air, and a first and a second internal air inlet to distribute internal air; an internal/external air door disposed in the housing to adjust an opening amount of the first internal air inlet and the external air inlet; an external air adjustment door to adjust the opening amount of the external air inlet with the internal/external air door; a blocking screen which is arranged between the internal/external air door and the external air adjustment door, and allows air flowing into the external air inlet to branch towards the internal/external air door and the external air adjustment door; and an internal air securing door which selectively opens and closes the second internal air inlet, and is opened in an internal air mode where the internal/external air door and the external air adjustment door close the external air inlet to distribute internal air through the first internal air inlet and the second internal air inlet.
