The chain (2) is formed by porous lumps of concrete mixture (3) with a flexible union (4) placed flatly and evenly against the mould (1), with the union ends positioned outside it. After the mixture has been consolidated by vibration, the flexible union is withdrawn from the chain, and the porous end lumps are connected to a vacuum system. |
