Method of manufacturing a joining piece for coupling a bag for liquid comprising a plastic diaphragm 9 and a sterile protection of the external joining piece 2, characterised in that three components are prepared which consist of two tube segments 1, 2 and a rectangular plasticised PVC sheet 3, in that these components are placed in high-frequency welding electrodes defining a circular narrowing 8 intended to facilitate tearing off, in that after welding, the two ends of the rectangular sheet 3 are folded against each other above one of the joining pieces 2 and in that these ends are welded together using a U-shaped weld 11, and finally in that the other tube segment 1 is connected directly or indirectly to the bag for liquid before sterilising the latter. <IMAGE> |
